Payment Options & Billing

Students are responsible for accessing and verifying their student account information (tuition, fees, room & board) is accurate. Bills and account information are available on Campus Connection and are e-mailed to the students 冰球突破豪华版游戏下载 email address. No paper bills will be mailed out.

Tuition and Fee Payments for Fall 2023 term are due Wednesday September 6, 2023.

Tuition and fees are due 12 days after a class begins. Per the State Board of Higher Education policy 830.1, institutions shall assess a late fee on balances more than 30 days past due.

Students with a past due balance will be charged a late fee of 1.75%.
Bills need to be paid by this time. If financial obligations to the college are not met by this date, the account will be considered delinquent, a hold will be placed on transcripts, and students will be ineligible for future registration until the delinquent obligation has been satisfied.

Log into Campus Connection.
Click on the Financial Account tile.
Click Account Summary choose Williston State College, the term, and continue.
Anticipated Financial Aid is not included in the balance.
To view outstanding charges click Account Inquiry under Finances to display total amount owed.
Click Financial Aid to view aid.

How to make a student account payment through NelNet

Log into Campus Connection
Click on the Financial Account tile
Click on Pay Online Now
It may take up to a minute to connect to your account in NelNet
From the front page, you can view information for any campus from which you have account activity
Click on the green Make a Payment button
Account balance allows you to pay towards the total account balance
Amount due allows you to pay toward the total amount currently due as recorded in the student system
Pay by term allows you to pay toward the balances of any individual terms that have charges
Enter the payment amount in the box and select the Continue button
Select the payment method you would like to use
Enter in your account information.
You can save your account information for future payments

Pay by Phone

You can pay your bill with a credit card by calling the Financial Services office.

Payment plan #1 enrollment begins August 2 and ENDS on September 5.
Payment plan #2 enrollment begins September 6 and ENDS on October 5.

SPRING
Payment plan #1 enrollment begins January 2 and ENDS on January 23.
Payment plan #2 enrollment begins January 24 and ENDS on February 23.

Williston State College offers a monthly payment plan that allows you to pay for your tuition, bookstore, room and board in four installments. Enrolling is quick and easy and the best part is if you sign up for automatic payments, the enrollment fee is waived.

Click Enroll in Payment Plan
Select Current Term
If you are enrolled at multiple institutions, you will also need to select Williston State. Then click Select. If this is the correct payment plan you would like to enroll in, you will click Select again.
You can also click Details to get more information regarding the payment plan.
Make sure to sign up for Automatic Payments to waive that Enrollment Fee

Third Party Payment

A Third Party Billing form needs to be filled out by the paying party and emailed to wsc.studentaccounts@91src.com
